- Value-add real estate

- $5M - $200M asset value

- Rocky Mountain West – Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming, Montana

TRANSACTION STRUCTure

- Direct equity / debt investment, joint venture, strategic recapitalizations, all with major decision control.

- Conservative leverage, generally under 65% LTV.

- Five-to-seven-year hold period or as otherwise appropriate for individual assets.
