Josh Brgoch, Vice President of Finance

Josh earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. He spent seven years with Deloitte where he advanced to Audit Manager with his primary industry focus in manufacturing and homebuilding. In 2003 he joined M.D.C. Holdings, a national publically traded homebuilder, as a Corporate Division Finance Manager and advanced to the position of the Denver Division Vice President of Finance. In 2008 he joined GolfTEC Enterprises as Vice President of Finance. In 2011 he moved from GolfTEC to Gart Companies as Vice President of Finance.

Hometown: LaVeta, CO

Interests outside of work: Josh and his wife have three daughters. He enjoys sports.

Susan Cantwell, Director of Leasing

Susan Cantwell received her undergraduate degree from Kansas University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. After leasing and managing Larimer Square, she worked on the development and leasing of the Denver Pavilions, which she subsequently managed for five years. Susan left to open Belmar, the new downtown Lakewood for Continuum Partners as the Director of Operations and Property Management. Susan joined Gart Properties to continue her career in commercial leasing and as the Director of Leasing is responsible for leasing Gart Properties real estate and handles third party leasing for the company. She is married and has three children and serves on several Denver community boards and committees.

Stephen Chavez, Property Manager-Denver Pavilions

Steve is responsible for projecting and implementing budgets to maintain and maximize value. He creates positive owner-tenant relations to retain occupancy and improve leasing prospects. Steve works closely with the entire Gart team and reports to the President.

Steve has been with Gart Properties since 1996 and in the industry since 1979.

Interests outside of work: Steve lives in Denver with his wife and two children. He enjoys Skiing and bicycling.

Stacia Bank Delaney, General Counsel




Stacia acts as legal counsel to The Gart Companies, Inc. and the various entities in which it has interests.

Stacia earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University and has practiced law in Colorado since 1993, initially with a boutique real estate law firm and later with larger full-service Denver based law firms.  Stacia has worked with The Gart Companies, Inc. and its various entities throughout her practice and joined The Gart Companies, Inc. as General Counsel in 2016.

Hometown: Stacia lived in Columbus, OH and Little Rock, Arkansas before settling in Colorado in 1993.

Interests outside of work: Stacia enjoys skiing, reading and traveling.  Stacia has two teenage children who also keep her busy.

Evan Gart, Financial Analyst




Evan is the Financial Analyst for the Company’s property acquisition team. He is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities including providing financial analysis, market research and due diligence. Prior to joining Gart Properties, Evan worked for SLATE Partners, a Denver-based investment bank that specializes in the building materials and building services sector. Evan received his BBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Hometown: Evan is a fifth generation Colorado native.

Interests outside of work: Fly fishing, skiing, golfing, cycling and traveling.

Steve Gonzales, Executive Assistant

Steve acts as the liaison and office manager for all corporate office tenants. He is the lease administrator for the 299 Executive Suites and manages the Gart Companies portfolio websites, brochures and other print collateral. Steve is the executive assistant to Ken, Tom and John Gart.

Steve has been with the Gart Companies since 2004.

Hometown: Steve is originally from New Iberia, Louisiana but considers Colorado home since his arrival in 1990.
Interests outside of work: Steve enjoys photography, graphic design, Colorado sightseeing, good old Cajun cooking and spending time with his dogs.

Derek Henry, Leasing Agent

Derek has been a Leasing Agent with Gart Properties since 2006. He is responsible for the leasing efforts of over 5 million square feet of retail space throughout the Denver metro area. He began his commercial real estate career in 1998 with General Growth Properties and has held a multitude of positions ranging from General Manager to Group Vice President of Business Development. Derek graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Business Administration.

Sean Kidston, Property Manager

Property Manager for Saddle Rock Village, Micro Center, City Center, Willow Run, West Vail Mall, and the Milwaukee Campus as well as the Gart Properties liaison relative to Seasons at Avon, 6th Avenue Commons, 950 Nottingham, and Twin Peaks Square.  He also serves as our Director of Property Management leading the property management team.

Sean has worked in commercial property management since August 1998, with a background in public relations.

Hometown: Sean is a Colorado native now living in Parker.

Interests outside of work: He is the proud father of his son, Riley, and enjoys coaching, sports, boxing/kick boxing, and the outdoors.

Wendy Manning, Marketing Director, Denver Pavilions

Marketing, branding, public relations, and community outreach for Denver Pavilions.

Wendy has been with Gart Properties since 2009 and has 20+ years of marketing experience. Wendy currently sits on the advisory board for Create Denver as well as the Strategic Marketing & Alliance committee for the Denver Art Museum. In 2003, she was named as one of Brand Week Magazine’s guerrilla marketers of the year.

Paulajane Moffitt, Property Manager

Manager for properties in the north-west portfolio of Boulder, Arvada and Fort Collins.

She entered the commercial property management field early in the 1990’s with a background in accounting and construction. Paulajane has worked with Gart Properties since 2004.

Marcia Myers, Controller

Marcia oversees the accounting functions for Gart Properties.

Marcia started her real estate career at SullivanHayes Brokerage in 1996.  She also spent several years with Goldberg Property Associates and Crosbie Real Estate Group before joining Gart Properties in 2016.  She received her BS in Accounting at Regis University.

Mark Sidell, President

Mark Sidell has been president of Gart Properties since 1999 and is a partner in all of the company’s real estate investments. He is responsible for leading the organization including an aggressive acquisition program and continued execution of niche development opportunities. Prior to joining Gart Properties Mr. Sidell was a principal with Trammell Crow Company where he enjoyed a 13 year career in the Colorado real estate market. Mark serves on the board of several Denver community agencies including the Downtown Denver Partnership, the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado and the Jewish Community Foundation. He is also an involved member of the Young Presidents Organization, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mark is a real estate industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience and holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Denver and received his undergraduate degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from Washington State University. Mark is married with two children.

Matthew Trasen, Project Manager & Tenant Coordinator

Matt is the project manager for the company’s diversified retail, office and resort properties portfolio overseeing multiple projects throughout the state simultaneously. An integral part of development teams in over three million square feet of real estate, he recently completed the renovation of the Denver Pavilions which includes two city blocks on the 16th Street Mall and The Village Shopping Center in Boulder. Matt participated in the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program in 2010.

Matt’s career in real estate project and construction management in Denver began in 1997. He has been with Gart Properties since 2005.

Hometown: Matt is a Colorado native

Interests outside of work: Ironman triathlete, skier, and golfer. He lives in Denver with his wife, Jodi, and family.

Debbie Villa-Blea, Office Manager, Denver Pavilions



Assists the general manager in the daily operations of running an outdoor retail mall.

Debbie has been with the company since Sept 2014. Her previous experiences have been in Residential Property Management for 17 years as well as Hospitality Management.

Hometown: Debbie is a native to Colorado and was born & raised in Denver

Interests outside of work: Debbie is an avid Bronco & Avalanche fan! She also enjoys reading, bar-b-queuing, spending time with friends & throwing darts. She has been married for 6 years and has a son, daughter-in-law & 2 step kids.
