| Susan Cantwell received her undergraduate degree from Kansas University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. After leasing and managing Larimer Square, she worked on the development and leasing of the Denver Pavilions, which she subsequently managed for five years. Susan left to open Belmar, the new downtown Lakewood for Continuum Partners as the Director of Operations and Property Management. Susan joined Gart Properties to continue her career in commercial leasing and is responsible for leasing Gart Properties real estate and handles third party leasing for the company. She is married and has three children and serves on several Denver community boards and committees. |
