| Mark Sidell is president of Gart Properties, LLC. Mark received his undergraduate degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from Washington State University and an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver. Prior to joining Gart Properties, Mark was a principal with the Trammell Crow Company where he enjoyed a 14-year career in the Colorado real estate market. Notable accomplishments include the marketing, development and management of more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate. As president of Gart Properties, Mark directs the operation of the company, including an aggressive acquisition program and continued execution of niche development opportunities. Mark is married with two children and is an active volunteer, serving on the board of several Denver community agencies. |
