Matthew Trasen's  career in real estate project and construction management in Denver spans 14 years. An integral part of development teams in over 2.5 million square feet of real estate; he recently completed the renovation of the Denver Pavilions which includes two city blocks on the 16th Street Mall.

At Gart Properties he is the project manager for the company's diversified retail, office and resort properties portfolio overseeing multiple projects throughout the state simultaneously. Matt is a Colorado native, Ironman triathlete, skier, golfer and fisherman.
