Prince Philip’s Pipes & Tobacco Relocates to Micro Center at East Quincy and Tamarac Parkway

Gart Properties LLC leases space in Denver Tech Center to long time Tamarac Square Mall tenant

Denver, Colorado September 13, 2012 –

Prince Philip’s Pipes & Tobacco opened for business in late August at 8000 East Quincy with a grand opening celebration planned for Saturday, September 22nd.  Owners Colleen & Jon Cacherat were looking for a space in the DTC area and near major highways.  “We were looking for a larger space, in the general vicinity of our former location, and with easy access to & from interstate highways 25 and 225,” said Colleen Cacherat, “and Micro Center was our first choice.”

Prince Philip’s, located for 32 years in the Tamarac Square Mall, is a family-owned business.  The Cacherats are second generation owner/operators.  The store features fine grade cigars, pipes, and pipe tobaccos.  They also carry select foreign cigarettes and cigarette tobacco.

The lease term on the 2,275 square foot space is seven years.  The tenant was represented by Robert Perry & Associates.
