| Steve Chavez began his career in real estate after college, working at Equitable Real Estate in various capacities, including commercial property appraising, loan origination, asset management and foreclosure. When their Denver office closed, Steve came to the Gart Companies in 1996 as a property manager and is also involved in the acquisition and development of numerous properties. |
