Gart Properties LLC leases space in Arvada next to China Terrace
Denver, Colorado – October, 2013 –
Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa will open a store on December 6th at 7705 Wadsworth Blvd, Unit 1b. in the Indian Tree Shopping Center in November, 2013.
Hand & Stone, owned by David and Ellen Ivener, will offer massage, facial, waxing, and spa services with the retail sale of related accessories and products.
The lease term on the 3,000 square foot space is five years.
