Gart Properties LLC leases former Senior Med space in Aurora to Roca Fuerte Learning Academy
Denver, Colorado – August, 2013 –
Roca Fuerte Learning Academy opened last week with full enrollment and a waiting list of students next to Da Vita at 480 Chambers Road, Unit 7, Aurora, Colorado.
Roca Fuerte Learning Academy is a learning center serving grades K through 8. The academy also offers adult education in the evenings.
The lease term on the 28,287 square foot space is six years. The tenant was represented by James O’Malley at Resolute Investments.
