Sunrise Asian Cuisine & Sushi Bar will be opening in early June next to Blue Dragonfly Hair Salon in the Saddle Rock Shopping Center on E-470 and Gartrell Road in Aurora. Owner Hau Gao will be offering Japanese and Chinese food to include a sushi bar and Teppanyaki tables in this full-service, family style restaurant.
The lease term on the 3,609 square foot space is ten years. The tenant was represented by Wayne Lee with LT Realty.
